Jack works with the firm's transactional group, counseling clients on
commercial real estate and corporate matters. His practice involves the
acquisition, sale and leasing of real estate, as well as business transactions,
such as the purchase and sale of business entities. In addition, Jack works on
securities issues, including the preparation of private offerings.
Prior to relocating to Arizona and joining Zwillinger Greek Zwillinger & Knecht PC,
Jack practiced in Chicago, Illinois, working on a variety of litigation matters
including antitrust class actions and professional liability lawsuits. |
